/ FAQHow long are my songs available?
Song audio and covers are deleted 30 days after upload. Download paid-credit MP3s within 30 days. Saved prompts and lyrics have no scheduled deletion; contact us to request deletion. Credit history remains.
Which AI makes the music?
Suno music models through EvoLink generate the vocals and beat. A text model helps write lyrics and checks content. Model availability may change.
Can I download my song?
Your free sign-in credit makes two versions you can listen to in your account. Songs made with purchased credits include MP3 downloads. Buying credits later does not unlock a free song.
Can I use my own lyrics?
Yes. Paste up to 3,000 characters in Use my lyrics. Only submit lyrics you have the right to use.
Can I make a song that sounds like a famous rapper?
No. We block real-artist imitation. Choose musical qualities such as tempo, instruments and rap style instead.
How long does it take?
Usually about a minute, but queues and provider availability can make it take longer. You can return to your song from My songs.
What can I do with my song?
Personal use only for now. We have not verified a commercial-use licence for Suno output supplied through EvoLink. We do not promise exclusive copyright.
What does one credit buy?
One generation creates two versions with vocals and a beat. Google sign-in gives one free, listen-only credit. No anonymous song generation.
What if generation fails?
A failed or refused generation restores its credit automatically. Inputs rejected by our safety check are not charged.
